2500例口服轮状病毒活疫苗不良反应的观察 被引量：3

OBSERVATION OF THE ADVERSE REACTION IN 2500 CASES AFTER ORALLY TAKES VITAL VACCINE OF ROTAVIRUS

摘要 目的为了观察口服轮状病毒活疫苗在广东省东莞地区使用后不良反应的发生情况。方法对2009年6月～8月在东莞市东城区人民医院预防接种门诊服用该疫苗的2500例2月龄～3岁的健康婴幼儿采用家长主动上报和电话随访的方式进行追踪观察,了解服苗后不良反应的发生情况。结果2500名健康儿童服食了口服轮状病毒活疫苗,成功随访2376例,96.93%(2303/2376)接种者在14d内无不良反应,仅3.07%(73/2376)出现不良反应。其中强反12例(0.51%),中反应者26例(1.09%),轻反应35例(1.47%)。未发现严重或潜在生命威胁的不良反应。结论口服轮状病毒活疫苗在东莞地区使用后是安全的,将该疫苗用在预防轮状病毒性腹泻方面是可以全面推广使用的。
