摘要
在我国体验营销作为橱柜行业较新型的营销理论,为橱柜企业提高竞争力提供了新的契机。橱柜企业可从以下方面开展体验营销:重视顾客的感性认识,设计能激发消费者体验的营销主题,营造符合主题的体验氛围,加强产品设计过程中与消费者的互动性。
As a new theory, experiential marketing offers a new chance to the cupboard companies. Against the background of the economy, the cupboard companies can develop their experience marketing by the following steps: paying attention to the consumers' perceptual knowledge, designing attractive theme, creating suitable atmosphere, and communicating with customers during the design process.
