摘要
随着我国非公有制企业迅速增多,劳动关系矛盾相对突出,劳动合同法规定了区域性行业性集体合同的法律地位。推行区域性行业性集体合同是破解中小企业维权难、构建和谐劳动关系的重要条件。
With the rapid increase of Chinese non-public enterprises, the conflicts about labor relations become relatively prominent, thereby labor contract law provides the legal status for the regional industry-based collective contracts. The implementation of the regional industry-based collective contract becomes an important condition to break the difficult situation of small and medium enterprises' right-safeguarding and construct a harmonious labor relationship.
