基于嵌入式光学相干层析成像控制系统设计

摘要 为了实现低成本、小型化的光学相干层析成像(OCT)控制系统的设计,在分析了该系统的原理和控制信号的逻辑关系的基础上,创新地将快速扫描延迟线的振镜驱动信号,位相调制器的高频激励信号,电控位移台控制信号以及信号放大滤波电路等集成于一个嵌入式OCT控制系统中。测试结果表明,该OCT控制系统产生的各种控制信号能够满足OCT系统实际工作的要求。 For meeting the target of designing a low cost and miniaturize single-mode fiber OCT control system, this thesis analyses the principle of single-mode fiber OCT system and its control signal. Then it puts forward a design thought which is to integrate various signals into one embedded OCT control system. These signals include galvanometer driving signal for rapid scanning optical delay line, high-frequency saw tooth signal for phase modulator, control signal for electronic control displacement platform and amplifying and filtering circuit of scanning signal. Finally the experimental results show that various control signals generated by our system meet the design demand and can be applied to practical OCT system.
