摘要 辐射损伤防治药物主要包括含硫化合物、激素类、植物药和细胞因子类,以及基于辐射损伤机制研究的新型药物等,主要用于预防和治疗受到外照射的人员,以减轻放射反应和正常组织的辐射损伤。本文分类介绍了辐射损伤防治药物的研究进展,分析了存在的主要问题,并提出新型的辐射损伤防治药物主要是基于辐射损伤的机制而发现的,不同作用途径的药物组合进行辐射损伤防治是未来发展的主要趋势。 People may be exposed to ionizing radiation.during radiotherapy or following exposure to radionuelides in nuclear'medicine. Radioprotective agents have been used to reduce deleterious effects produced by ionizing radiation: Radioproteetive agents involve in thiol and synthetie compounds, steroid hormones, plant and herbal extracts, eytokines. Development and of radioproteetive agents was introduced in the present study. New radioprotectors were found based on irradiation associated mechanism. Combination treatment with different radioprotectors will be the trend to protect against deleterious effects produced by ionizing radiation.
