Synthesis and characterization of Cu^(2+)-Lys chelate

摘要 以L-赖氨酸盐酸盐和碱式碳酸铜为原料,按摩尔比为2∶0.5,在60℃水浴中搅拌反应2 h,得到产率为92.46%的赖氨酸铜螯合物。产品经纯化处理后,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、X射线粉末衍射、热重等分析手段进行了表征,确定了螯合物的组成为Cu[NH3Cl(CH2)4CHNH2COO]2.2H2O,同时也测得了螯合物的稳定常数K=3.23×105。 Cu2+ -Lys chelate was synthesized with L-lysine monohydrochloride and copper hydroxyearbon- ate as raw materials. The molar ratio of lysine to copper hydroxycarbonate was 2 : 0.5 and the temperature was maintained 60 ℃ for 2 h. The yield of the complex was 92.46%. After purification, the composition and properties of the complex were characterized by a series of analysis methods, such as element analy- sis,infrared spectrum, ultraviolet spectrum, X-ray powder diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis. The composition of the copper lysinate chelate compound was confirmed to be Cu [ NH3CI (CH2 )4- CHNH2COO]2 · 2H2O and stability constant was 3.23×10^5.
