摘要 研究了间接碘量法测定茄尼醇(SOL)。选取冰乙酸(HAC)作为茄尼醇的溶剂,可与KBrO3-KBr反应定量产生Br2,并且加成到茄尼醇的双键上,再用碘量法测定剩余的Br2,则可间接计算出茄尼醇的量。实验条件下,茄尼醇的测定准确度可以达到RSD:1.23%。该法用于烟叶巾茄尼醇粗品的含量测定,加标回收率在96%~101%,结果准确,方法简便、快捷,不需要标准溶液,也不需要昂贵仪器。 The method how to test solanesol (SOL) with indirect iodometry was studied. By choosing the glacial acetic acid (HAC) as its solvent, it can react with KBrO3-KBr and produces quantitative Br2. Under this situation, Br2 will add to the double bonds of SOL easily, and the remaining Br2 can be measured by iodometry method, by which the amount of SOL can be indirectly measured. Under experimental conditions, the test of solanesol accuracy can be achieved RSD = 1.23 %. The method has been applied to the determination for tobacco solanesol, with its recovery between 96% and 101%, and the results of the de- termination are accurate and reliable. This method of testing the solanesol has the merits of simplicity, quickness,high accuracy and good repeatability, and it doesn' t need standard solution or expensive equipments.
