摘要
以壳聚糖为抗菌改性剂,对普通纤维素纤维进行改性,用粘胶法将壳聚糖/纤维素制备成共混溶液。用旋转粘度计测试共混溶液的流变性能,并分析了壳聚糖溶液含量和温度对壳聚糖/纤维素共混流体表观粘度、非牛顿指数和结构粘度指数的影响。结果表明,不同配比的共混溶液均属于非牛顿流体,流体的非牛顿指数、表观粘度随着壳聚糖溶液含量的增加而减小,而结构粘度指数随壳聚糖溶液含量的增加而增大;表观粘度随温度的升高而降低。
Ordinary viscose fibers are modified with chitosan as antibacterial modifier, and chitosan/ cellulose is made blend solution. The rotatory viscosimeter is used to test the rheologic property of blend solution, The effects of the chitosan solution contents and the temperatures on the non-Newtonian flow index, apparent viscosity, structural viscosity index of the chitosan/cellulose blend solution are studied. The results show that the blend solution belonges to non-Newtonian fluid, where non-Newtonian index and the apparent viscosity decrease with increasing chitosan solution contents, and the structural viscosity index increases with increasing chitosan solution contents. The apparent viscosity decreases with temperature increasing.
