摘要
以硅化镁、氯化铵与液氨为原料,模仿硅化镁法制备硅烷气体的工艺,获得反应生成的固体副产物。经过X射线衍射、气相色谱分析表明,该副产物不是以前普遍认为的无水氯化镁,而是六氨氯化镁。在此基础上,利用热重分析技术对该副产物的热分解特性进行了研究。
The solid by-product is obtained by imitating the magnesium silicide method which is used to produce silane in industry. The XRD, GC profiles indicate that the solid by-product is not anhydrous magnesium chloride which is widely accepted previously, but magnesium chloride hexammoniate. On this basis, the paper discusses the thermal decomposition property of the by-product by using the thermo gravimetric analysis.
