国际私法双语教学的困境与对策分析

An Analysis on the Solutions to the Difficulty of Bilingual Teaching of Private International Law

经济全球化的深入对国际私法双语教学提出了迫切的要求,但实践中国际私法双语教学的开展仍然存在教学目标不合理、师资短缺、教材匮乏、教学方法陈旧等诸多缺陷。要走出困境,就必须制定合理的教学目标,加强师资培训,科学合理地编撰统编教材,创新教学方法,强化立体训练,最终实现学生法律英语水平的提高。

As the deepening of the economic globalization, an urgent requirement for the bilingual teaching of private international law is brought forward. But in fact, there are still many problems in the bilingual teaching of private international law, such as the unreasonable teaching goal, the lack of teachers, the lack of textbooks, and the out-dated teaching methods etc. How to overcome these problems？ Maybe a reasonable bilingual teaching goal should be ascertained, and more good teachers should be trained, and more good textbooks should be compiled, and some good teaching methods should be innovated, and at last, a synthetic training should be strengthened, so as the students＇ ability of law English can be really enhanced.
