毕业班研究生党建工作主要有新党员发展时间紧、任务重,党员流动性较大,党员学习、生活、就业压力较大,党建工作体系与研究生培养体系有待磨合等难题。对此,高校研究生党建工作者应从工作理念、工作载体、工作方法以及培养目标等方面入手,运用全新的形式、专业的队伍、完备的制度、科学的体系以及先进的技术等予以妥善处理。

Various kinds of problems exist in Party construction for postgraduate student in graduating class： short period, heavy-burden task for new Party member developing, and the high Party members＇ mobility. What＇s more, the Party members are also suffering great pressures from study, daily life and future employment. In order to perfect the relations between Party construction system and graduate training system, a lot of hard work still need to be done. Therefore, the workers of Party construction in university should wisely look into good idea, carrier, method of working, training target and so on, finally deal with these problems by brand-new form, specialized team, complete and scientific system, and advanced technics.
