摘要
目的:研究Livin蛋白和Smac蛋白在肠癌组织及癌旁组织中表达的意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学Envision二步法检测60例肠癌组织及癌旁组织Livin和Smac蛋白的表达情况。结果:Livin蛋白在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率80%,较癌旁组织3.3%高。Livin蛋白在癌组织过度表达与肠癌的淋巴结转移以及临床分期、组织分化程度有关。Smac蛋白在肠癌中的阳性表达率(30.0%)明显低于癌旁(96.7%),Smac表达降低或缺失与淋巴结转移及临床分期有关。经相关分析Livin和Smac蛋白的表达呈负相关。结论:Livin与smac蛋白在大肠癌的发生、发展中的作用有关。
Objective:To investigate the expression and significances of Livin and Smac in colorectal carcinomar and adjacent tissue. Methods: The expression of Livin and Smac proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry in 60 samples of colorectal carcinoma,and its adjacent tissue. Results: The positive rate of livin in cancerous tissue (80%) was higher than that in the adjacent tissue (3.3%). The over expression of livin was correlated to the cancer invasive depth, lymph node metastasis and the clinical stage; the lower expression of Smac was correlated to the cancer differentiation, lymph node metastasis and the clinical stage. Concluslon:There was a negative relationship between livin and smac which were related to the development and progression of colorectal carcinoma.
