摘要
根据三峡工程坝基岩石地质特点,采用“孔口封闭、高压灌浆”法和GIN法以及使用不同灌浆材料,在现场进行灌浆试验,以便对三峡工程主体建筑物基础灌浆设计技术参数进行验证并寻求合适的灌浆村料、施工方法与工艺措施。此次帷幕灌浆试验结果表明:“孔口封闭、高压灌浆”法灌浆效果明显,能达到设计要求的防渗标准;GIN灌浆法,其抗渗性及耐久性达不到设计要求。湿磨普通水泥浆液和改性灌浆水泥,均能满足三峡帷幕灌浆对浆材的要求。
In the light of the geologic characteristics of TGP's dam foundation rock, grouting test in field was carried out by the method of 'high pressure grouting with hole top plugged' and GIN method to verify foe technical parameters of foundation grouting design for TGP main structures and determine suitable grouting material, construction method and technology. The test results show that the poting effect of 'high pressure grouting with hole top plugged' method is obvious and can meet the designed seepage prevention standard, but for the GIN method, it can not meet the seepage prevention and durability requirements. Wet-ground ordiary cement slurry and modified grouting cement can all meet TGP curtain grouting material requirement.
