神府煤田是我国重要的能源基地，该区的自然环境背景决定了发生自然泥石流的几率较小。在实地考察的基础上，详细地论述了人为泥石流在该区的发育特征，分析了形成泥石流的地形、物质和降雨动力条件，指出了今后治理的方向。

Being the important energy base in China, Shenfu coal filed is with less probability of naturally causing debrisflow owing to its physical environmental background. The development features of the region are described in detailin the paper, factors to causing debris flows, including land form, loose solid material and rainstorm conditions, areanalyzed, and corresponding harness guideline is put forward.
