基于LabView的机械密封端面摩擦扭矩的测量方法 被引量:3

摘要 机械密封的端面摩擦扭矩是反映机械密封工作性能的重要参数,传统的接触式测量方法的测量结果具有很高的不确定度;为了提高测量精度,采用了扭矩信号的非接触式测量方法,介绍了非接触测量扭矩的原理和扭矩信号频率跟踪滤波的实现方法;对调理后扭矩信号分别采用了频率计数法和波形恢复测频法进行采集,并阐述了频率计数和波形恢复测频的原理与它们基于LabView的实现;对两种采集方法的部分实测数据进行了误差分析比较,结果表明,波形恢复测频法的测量精度较高。 Frictional torque of mechanical seals has significant influence on the sealing behavior and friction characteristic. There may be great uncertainty in the measurement results obtained with traditional contact measurement methods. In order to improve the accuracy of measurement, non--contact measurement methods of the torque signal was adopted. And their theories and the implementation of filtering signal with frequency tracing were introduced. The frequency count method and frequency measurement with waveform recovery method were adopted to collect the frictional torque signals processed. And their theories were explained respectively, as well as their implementations based on LabView. The errors of measured data obtained with these two methods were analyzed and compared. Results show that the frequency measurement with waveform recovery has higher measuring accuracy, then which is used in this measurement system.
