摘要 作为物流自动化领域的一门新兴技术,近年来,码垛技术获得了飞速的发展,广泛采用码垛机器人对提高劳动生产率以及降低生产成本有着十分重要的意义;在充分研究国内外工业码垛机器人的基础上,设计了一种基于PLC控制的新型工业码垛机器人控制系统,控制系统以触摸屏为人机交互界面,以横河FA-M3 PLC为控制系统核心,同时还根据码垛作业实际需要和工作流程的特点,完成了软件系统的编写;实际运行结果表明,新型工业码垛机器人控制系统具有高可靠性和稳定性,同时又具有良好的可扩展性和可维护性,能满足码垛作业的实际需要,符合工业应用要求。 As an emerging technology in the field of logistics automation, palletizing technology have developed rapidly in recent years. Widely usage of palletizing robot can raise labor productivity and lower production costs. After a carefully study of palletizing robots both at home and abroad, Designed a control system of new industrial palletizing robot by using PLC as the core. The contorl system use touch scree as human-- machine interface (HMI), yokogawa PLC as the main controller. This paper also designed software system to meet the practical needs of palletizing operation. Practical use shows that palletizing robot works with stability, reliable performance, and achieved the desired results under the premise of meeting a variety of operational requirements and has broad prospects for industrial applications.
