摘要 介绍了一种基于DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A研制的通用变频器的人机接口设计,采用内藏T6963控制器的液晶显示模块作为变频器的数据信息显示和输入提示,采用六只常开按钮组成独立式键盘,控制装置的起停,实现键盘解锁、菜单选择、数据修改、菜单项及数据确认等功能,使用一个定时器中断资源对人机接口进行管理;在定时器的溢出中断服务子程序中对中断次数计数,根据计数次数并结合即时的按键状态来进行判断,完成键盘的去抖、键值获取以及对长、短按信息的识别工作,并在按键的功能函数中对相应的显示程序调用,实现了人机交互,中断计数的人机接口管理方式有效地节省了人机系统对DSP运行机时的开销。 The design of general inverter Human--machine interface based on DSP TMS320LF2407a was introduced. By using the LCD module based on inner T6963 controller as the data information display and input prompt of inverters, independent type keyboard is composed of six normally open buttons, which can realize many functions such as the start and stop of device, keyboard--Unlocked, menu selection, data modification, menu i- tem or data confirmed and so on. A kind of timer interrupt resources was used to manage the man--machine interface. Counted the number of interruptions in the interrupt service subroutine, the interrupt was caused by timer overflow. According to the number of counting and real--time button status, can realize Jitter Eliminating, key assignments acquisition and identification of information about press or press and hold, call Corresponding display program in the performance function of buttons, and then realized Human--machine interaction. The man--machine interface management of interruption counting can effectively save DSP time to response human-- machine system.
