摘要
为了提高机电装备的安全可靠性,需要对机电装备各关键部分的关键过程数据进行在线采集,以实时监控和管理其运行情况;该系统运用DSP芯片作为采集节点的核心器件,对工作现场的数据进行实时采集,用CAN总线将各节点组成分布式网络,由UNO-2052统一管理;详细介绍了前端数据采集节点的硬件设计,给出了电路原理图,系统结构简单、运行稳定可靠,可以广泛应用在机电装备的故障诊断中。
The key parts' key processing data are needed to acquire on--line to monitor and manage the running status, for improving the security and stabilization of electromechanical equipment. The system adopts DSP chip as the key component of acquisition node to acquire da- ta at the working locale. Distributed network, managed by UNO--2052 all together, is made up of the nodes with CAN Bus. The hardware design of lower data acquisition node is discussed in detail. And the circuit diagram of theory is given. The system can be widely used into malfunction diagnosis of the electromechanical equipment, and features simple structure and stable capability.
