管式加热炉在高压长输管道上的应用分析

Application Analysis on Tubular Heaters in High-pressure Long Pipeline Transportation

到目前为止,广泛应用于中低压长输管道的管式加热炉还没有在高压长输管道上应用的经验。介绍了高压长输管道中管式加热炉炉管的设计,分析了加热炉炉管在不同表面热流密度时的表面温度,并与管式加热炉规范进行比较,确定炉管的应用范围。对炉管内的介质流动状态进行了分析,确定了其对加热炉炉管应用的影响。

Tubular heater widely used in low-pressure long pipeline transportation hasn＇t been applied in high-pressure. The design of tubular heater＇s tube was presented in high-pressure long pipeline transportation,the surface temperature was analyzed in different heat flux density. Com- pared with Code for tubular heater, the scope of application of furnace tube has been discussed as well. The Medium flow state has been analyzed and its effect on the application of the tube of furnace has been given out.
