宽间隙板式换热器不仅具有普通板式换热器传热效率高、结构紧凑的优点,而且还具有波纹深的特点,因此特别适用于含有纤维、粘稠或固体颗粒物料之间的换热。以聚乙烯装置挤压造粒单元中切粒水换热器为例,介绍了其结构特点和应用工艺,并与普通板式换热器进行了比较,建议在此类工况下,积极推广应用宽间隙板式换热器。
