摘要
线性调频连续波雷达的差拍中频信号包含被探测目标的距离信息。为了更好地从线性调频连续波雷达的回波中提取出较远距离的目标信息,从电磁波在空间传播衰减情况以及脉压信号能量的大小与回波延时时间的关系两个方面,仿真论证了影响线性调频连续波雷达的探测距离的原因,并基于仿真结果提出了一种以DDS为线性调频信号源的双通道线性调频连续波雷达系统。通过用MATLAB软件进行仿真,得到在相同的工作环境下雷达探测距离从传统线性调频连续波雷达系统的45km提高到双通道系统的135km,超出传统线性调频连续波雷达系统距离的2倍以上,对工程实践具有指导意义。
Beat frequency of LFMCW radar contains the range information. For getting the far range information more effectively, two factors which influence the detection range of LFMCW radar including radio attenuation in the air and the relationship between the power of de - chirp signal and the delay of the received signal are discussed and a method of two channel LFMCW radar system is presented. This system has been simulated based on MATLAB. The simulation shows that this new system can improve the detection range twice over conventional system from 45Km to 135Km in the same situation. The conclusion is that the method can guide the engineering practice.
