摘要
仿真误差为仿真设备的精度估算评定与误差补偿提供依据。针对射频仿真系统中转台内框轴的空间误差中的指向误差,分析它与系统各部件几何误差和运动误差之间的关系,阐述数学模型的建立方法,并通过特征转换矩阵得到指向误差模型。对原始模型,充分考虑各误差因素影响对模型进行分析处理,以使具有较强的应用性。最后结合某型导弹转台将其应用于某一飞行试验模型来说明方法,计算结果表明:模型的简化对指向误差的分析的影响可以忽略,同时减小了计算量。分析方法也适应于其他飞行试验模式。
Concerning the pointing error of the inner axis in RFSS, the relation between the pointing error, the geometrical error and kinetic error of parts turntable is studied, and building of procedure of error model is expounded and then error model is established through transformation matrix. With different weight of error factors considered thoroughly, error model is modified forwardly, which is more efficient in real application. At last this model is used to analyze flying test and simulation precision is attained. The results show that simplified error model has little influence on pointing error.. This method also can be applied in other flying test mode.
