摘要
根据粘贴阻尼材料的减振机理,在ANSYS软件中通过选用合适的单元类型对自由阻尼悬臂梁进行了仿真。仿真结束后,用*get命令提取的损耗因子与现有经验公式结果吻合极好,说明了建模的正确性。瞬态分析后时域衰减曲线也与实际情况一致,从另一方面验证了建模的正确性。有限元仿真方法与理论及实验研究相比较,操作简单,易于实现。自由阻尼是附加阻尼的基本形式,对自由阻尼梁的正确建模也对其它复杂场合的附加阻尼仿真分析有一定的指导作用。
Based on the mechanism of sticking damping material on structure, this paper simulated the damped composite cantilever beam by choosing appropriate element in ANSYS. After the simulation, the loss factor got by the * get command was consistent with experience formula, which revealed that the modeling was correct. Then, transient analysis of cantilever beam was done to see the time - domain curve, and this was consistent with the known facts. All that validated the correctness of the modeling. Compared with experiment and theory researches, this method is more simple and easier to implement. The right modeling of damped cantilever gives a guidance to other complex situations.
