介绍了张家口市东区工业路小区在旧区综合改造过程中,针对小区既有房屋节能不达标、水力平衡以及其他等方面存在的不足,在旧小区综合改造过程中采取的建筑外保温、水力平衡系统、雨洪利用的技术措施,并对照分析了改造前后的经济效益。
The author introduces technical measures of building exterior thermal insulation,hydraulic balance system and rainfall flood utilization against the failure of energy saving of the existing housing in the residential quarter and the deficiency in hydraulic balance and other aspects during the comprehensive renovation of the old residential quarter by Gongye Road in the east area of Zhangjiakou,making a comparative analysis for the economic benefits before and after the renovation.
