摘要
铅离子广泛存在我们生存的环境中,使人类和生物的持续生存和繁衍受到威胁。近年来,环境样品中铅离子的危害性及其分析测定问题成为人们日益关注的热点。由于环境样品的复杂性使得测定的灵敏度和选择性受到限制。作为一种样品前处理技术,固相萃取技术因其为独特的优势在环境分析中得到了广泛的应用。介绍了固相萃取技术的一般原理后,综述了固相萃取技术在铅离子分析中的应用。
Lead ions are widly exist in the environmental we lived, which would pose a threat to the sustaind living and proliferation of humans and animals. In recent years, the harmfulness of lead ions pollutants and analysis has been one of the hot topics. The sensitivity and selectivity are usually insufficient because of the complication of the environmental samples. As a sample pretreatment technique, solid phase extraction is widly used in environmental analysis. The principle of solid phase extraction was discussed and its use in lead ion analysis was summarized.
