加热温度对废旧塑料粉煤灰复合模板的影响

摘要 用共混塑化成型法制备了废旧塑料粉煤灰复合模板,探讨了不同加热温度对生产的复合模板力学性能与宏观形貌的影响。结果表明,在统一配方条件下,加热温度为240℃时为复合模板最佳加热温度,此时得到的模板力学性能好,宏观形貌致密、均匀。 Polymer particles and fly ash compound formwork was prepared by useing of drift along together plastify molding legal institutions. The effect on the mechanical property and macroscopic pattern of polymer particles and fly ash compound formwork under the different heat temperature was discussed. Results showed on the unified formula factor, the best heat temperature of compound formwork was 240℃. This moment, the mechanical property of the formwork by produced was good and macroscopic pattern was dense, even -textured.
