摘要
支撑液膜(SLM)发展迅速、应用前景广阔,在众多支撑液膜性能改进的研究中,采用离子液体(IL)代替传统有机溶剂,已在气体、有机物分离以及生物反应器方面有一定的进展。本实验采用疏水性聚丙烯中空纤维(HF)作支撑体,针对目标金属Cs离子选择杯冠化合物DB18C6作萃取剂,预选[Bmim][PF6]、[Bmim][NTf2]和[Bmim][BF4]三种ILs作稀释剂制备膜体系,探索其在Cs/Mo分离中的应用潜力。结果表明,在本实验工艺条件下,使用[Bmim][PF6]成功制备了离子液体中空纤维支撑液膜体系(IL-HFSLM),该液膜体系在料液流速低于5 mL/min的条件下稳定存在,并可实现从含Mo溶液中回收超过80%的Cs。
The use of supported liquid membrane ( SLM), whose pores of porous supports are filled with a ionic liquid (IL) , has been shown to be an very attractive way in separation performance, such as gas separation, organic compounds purification and as to be bio - reactor. [ Bmim ] [ PF6] , [ Bmim ] [ NTf2 ] and [ Bmim ] [ BF4 ], which containing di -benzo -18 crown 6 (DB18C6) as the carrier to the target metal Cs^+ , were used as diluents in hydrophobic polypropylene hollow fiber. Under the conditions of this work, the IL based hollow fiber supported liquid membrane ( IL - HFSLM) was successfully prepared using [ Bmim ] [ PF6 ] as diluents. The IL - HFSLM system was steady when the flow rate of feed below 5 mL/min, and it could obtain more than 80% recovery of Cs from the feed, whose another solute Mo were still in it.
