摘要
以乙二胺为原料通过成环、脱氢两步反应合成了2-苯基咪唑,通过元素分析、红外光谱及核磁氢谱对合成物进行表征,同时讨论了时间、溶剂及催化剂的等合成条件的影响因素,确定了反应的较佳工艺条件:以二氧化锰作催化剂,在混合溶剂中回流13小时,催化剂的用量n(2-苯基咪唑啉):n(二氧化锰)=1:1.7,回流,产品的产率为60.8%。
2- phenylimidazole was synthesized from ethanediamine by cyclization and dehydration,The chemical structure was characterized by FT - IR,1H - NMR and element analysis. The impact of reaction time, solvent and the amount of catalyst were investigated and the experiment results showed that the yield of 2 - Phenylimidazole can exceed 60. 8% under the optimized reaction conditions : Manganese (IV) oxide used as catalyst, the molar ratio of catalyst to 2 - Phenylimidazoline 1.7 : 1, refluencing for 13h in mixed solvents.
