氧化钛纤维前驱体乙酰丙酮合钛的制备及表征

摘要 用TiCl4和乙酰丙酮、三乙胺为主要原料,室温条件下制备了乙酰丙酮合钛粉末,用XRD、IR、TG/DSC等分析方法考察了乙酰丙酮合钛的结构,是由[C10H14O5Ti]2nn+单元结构组成。对纺丝液进行了流变学测试。结果表明:在纺丝液浓缩过程中,线性或链状的聚乙酰丙酮合钛的生成,使纺丝液呈牛顿流体,而具有很好的可纺性。 Titanium acetylacetonate was obtained at room temperature using TiCl4 and acetylacetone, triethylamine as raw material. XRD and IR, TG/DSC techniques were used to investigate the structure of titanium acetylacetonate, the cell structure is [ C10H14O5Ti] ^2n+n. The results of spinning fluid rheology tests showed that: In the process of spinning liquid concentrate to form a linear or chain poly - titanium acetylacetonate, so that spinning liquid was Newtonian fluid, which has good spinnability.
