氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定迁西板栗中的硒

Determination of Selenium in Chinese Chestnuts of Qianxi with the Method of Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry-hydride Generation

摘要 采用湿法处理河北迁西板栗样品,探讨了硝酸与高氯酸的配比对板栗中硒元素含量测定的影响,在铁氰化钾-盐酸体系中,对测定条件进行了优化,采用标准曲线法定量分析。确定最佳酸配比是HNO3:HClO4为4:1,该方法检出限为0.0519μg/L,加标回收率为94.0%-102%,相对标准偏差为2.52%。该方法准确,灵敏,简单,快速,是测定板栗中硒元素的较好方法。 Chinese chestnuts of Qianxi were dealed with by wet method and the determination of the content of Se in chestnuts was discussed on the influence of the proportion of nitric acid and the perchloric acid. In the system of ferricyanide potassium and hydrochloric acid, the determination conditions were optimized by standard - curve method and quantitative analysis was acquired. The best proportion of nitric acid and perchloric acid was 4 : 1. Its monitoring limit was 0. 0159μg/L, its recovery rate was 94.0% -102% , its relative standard deviation was 2.52%. The method is accurate and sensitive to determine selenium in chestnuts. It is also a rapid and simple method.
