摘要
研究了氢化物发生原子荧光法测定土壤中总汞,确定了原子荧光光谱仪最佳参数设置,摸索了最佳还原剂浓度和载流浓度。在最佳仪器条件下,汞的检出限量为0.00108mg·kg^-1,测定样品中汞回收率为109.2%~118.2%,相对标准偏差为5.48%。本法简单、快速、准确,对日常大批量样品非常适用。
The determination of mercury in soil by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with hydride generation was studied. The relative factors of hydride generation atomic fluorescence for the determination were tested and discussed. The optimum conditions for the concentration of reducer and acid was developed. Under the optimum condition of instrument, the detection limit was 0. 00108 mg· kg^-1, the recovery of mercury was 109.2% - 118.2%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 5.48%. The method was simple, speediness and nicety, it was suit to determine quantities samples.
