结合炼油厂生产实际,分析了造成重油储罐加热器泄漏的原因,提出了加热器泄漏的防范措施及处理,包括把好安装施工质量关、改进焊接方式、保证安装坡度、制订严密的加热器操作和维护规定。从而大大降低因泄漏带来的储罐动火检修、停止油品输送作业等经济损失和安全隐患。

The reasons for heater leakage of heavy oil storage tank were analysised combined oil refinery production. And some heater leakage preventive measures and treatment was put forward, including the installation of good quality construction, improving welding methods, maintaining the installation of slope, the development of tight heater operation and maintenance provisions. Thereby greatly reduce economic losses and security risks due to heater leakage, such as hot work maintenance and cessation of oil transportation operations.
