摘要
通过水培实验研究了2个不同耐铜性烟草品种(89112和双-70)在不同质量浓度(0,0.5,1.0,5.0,10.0 mg/L)铜处理下根系生理特性的变化.结果表明:随着铜处理量的增加,2个品种烟草的游离脯氨酸含量和根系细胞膜外渗电导率呈先降低后增加的趋势,并随着处理时间的延长,2个品种的游离脯氨酸含量也有所增加;根长、丙二醛含量和根系活力随着铜处理量的增加而先增加后降低,且随着处理时间的延长,低质量浓度铜处理下各指标呈增加的趋势,双-70各指标的变化幅度高于89112,可能是品种间的耐铜性差异造成的;烟草体内铜、铁、锰的含量随着铜处理量的增加表现出先增加后降低的趋势,而镁含量随着铜处理量的增加呈先降低后增加的变化.
With the increasing of Cu concentration,free-proline contents and electrical conductivities of tobacco roots were first decreased and then increased;With the prolonging of treatment time,free-proline contents of the two tobacco varieties were all increased;MDA contents and roots activities were first increased and then decreased.With the prolonging of treatment time,each indicator showed an upward trend with the low concentration of Cu treatment and the change scope was higher in Shuang-70 than that in 89112,which probably was caused by the difference in Cu resistance.The contents of Cu,Fe,Mn were first enhanced and then depressed with the increasing of Cu treatment concentrations,but content of Mg was first depressed and then increased.
