精密机械传动技术在高压开关系统中的应用

摘要 针对超特高压项目实施中遇到的新问题,介绍了一种充电开关系统,针对户外式7200 kV720 kJ冲击电压发生器特制的充电开关,采用多级机械同步技术、空间对接技术和精密传动间隙消除技术,能高效地实现波头时间长达2500μs的长波前操作冲击电压,满足了超特高压试验的要求. With the development of the ultra-high pressure project, many new problems on ultra-high pressure need further study. This article introduces a charging switch system aiming directly at outdoors typed 7200kV720kJ impulse voltage generators. This system adopts multiple steps mechanical synchronization, space docking technique and precision transmission clearance elimination technology. It can achieve ex-operation of impulse voltage wave efficiently as long as 2500μs, and meet the requirements of the ultra-high pressure test.
