摘要
为提高减振复合钢板的生产质量、精度。采用PC机与单片机主从式多机通信方法,设计了以单片机分别对复合钢板生产过程中所需树脂材料温度、钢板卷曲速度及钢板厚度信息进行采集并传送至PC机,通过PC机进行信息处理并向单片机发送控制命令的系统。从而使复合钢板生产的过程中树脂材料温度控制在所需范围,复合钢板厚度达到精度要求。通过理论分析,验证了该方法的有效性。
To improve quality and accuracy of the vibration damping cladding sheet, the method of PC-to-SCM communications is adopted. A new system is designed, which sends the information collected by SCMs including temperature of resin pellet, speed of steel plate curling and thickness of steel plate to PC, and dispatch control command from PC to SCMs after PC handling information from SCMs. Therefore, temperature of resin pellet can be controlled in a required range at producing. Meanwhile, the thickness of cladding sheet can reach the requirement of accuracy. The validity of this method is proved through theoretical analysis.
