摘要
本文先论述了“自动装料机料斗门自动控制”的设计。要在满足高速装料(150—250袋/b)的情况下,为了保证装袋的计量精度为正负2%。提出了一种步进电机的自适应控制算法。具体思想是:将整个装料时间划分成几个阶段,按照流量——时闻曲线分别建立不同的数学模型。采用不同的控制算法,并根据每次实际的控制效果来判断下一次的控制量。
This article first discusses the " automatic filling machine automatic door hopper" design. To meet the high-speed charge (150 - 250 bags/h) ,in order to ensure accuracy of measurement of plus or minus 2%, a stepper motor of the adaptive control algorithm. Concrete thinking is: the entire loading time is divided into several stages, in accordance with the flow - time curve, respectively, the establishment of different mathematical models, using different control algorithms, and in accordance with the actual control of each effect to determine the next control volume.
