摘要
针对有关高校基层党总支书记有被"边缘化"趋向的问题,从如何看待边缘化,造成边缘化趋向的原因和影响,如何走出被"边缘化"趋向等问题进行思考和探讨。
This paper discusses the problem of marginalization of the grass-roots secretary of Party general branch of colleges and universities.It analyzes the causes and impact of the marginalization.How to look at the marginalization and how to get out of the situation are being discussed in the paper.
