冀东经济区一体化战略选择--基于区域产业链的视角

The Strategic Choice of Integration in the Jidong Economic Zone

建设冀东经济区符合区域经济的基本属性。从区域产业链来看,目前还存在诸多难点及关键因素影响着冀东经济区的战略定位、目标模式和路径选择。在集群模式选择上,应构建以价值链分工为主导和以竞合关系为主导的两种基本集群模式,通过加强知识和技术创新改变曹妃甸新区一些制造业集群的产业要素特征,带动冀东经济区产业结构的调整和优化。

The building of Jidong economic zone is in line with the fundamental attributes of the regional economy.Analysing from the perspective of regional industry chain,there are still many difficulties and key factors which affect the strategic positioning,target mode and route choice of the Jidong economic zone at present.In the choice of cluster model,two basic cluster models of leading by the division of the value chain and co-opetition should be constructed,and we should strengthen the knowledge and technological innovation to change the industrial element characteristics of manufacturing cluster of Caofeidian and other areas, which can lead to adjust and optimize industrial structure of Jidong economic zone.
