摘要 【目的】利用实时荧光定量PCR技术,建立一套快速可靠的急性上呼吸道感染病毒/细菌检测方法,对杭州市某学校暴发的一起群体性急性上呼吸道感染进行病原学分析。【方法】用甲、乙型流感病毒核酸联合测定试剂盒、呼吸道合胞病毒核酸测定试剂盒、腺病毒核酸测定试剂盒、B型流感嗜血杆菌核酸测定试剂盒对20例上呼吸道感染疑似患者样品进行实时荧光定量PCR检测。【结果】20例样本中有7例为腺病毒病毒阳性,无其它病毒或细菌阳性。【结论】实时荧光定量PCR法能快速准确地检测急性上呼吸道感染的病原体;本次暴发的急性上呼吸道感染是由腺病毒病毒引起的。 【Objective】To set up a rapid and reliable method for the detection of acute upper respiratory infection(virus or bacterium),based on quantitative real time PCR and to explore the viral etiology of an acute upper respiratory tract infection outbreak in a school of Hangzhou city.【Methods】20 specimens from suspects of acute upper respiratory infection were collected to examine by real time PCR,using influenza virus AB real time RT-PCR kit,respiratory syncytial virus real time RT-PCR kit,adenovirus real time PCR kit,haemophilus influenzae type b real time PCR kit and staphylococcus aureus real time PCR kit.【Results】Seven specimens were detected as positive for adenovirus,and there were negative of other virus or bacterium.【Conclusions】Real time PCR is a rapid and reliable method for detecting the viral pathogen of acute upper respiratory infection.The outbreak was caused by adenovirus.
