Determination of Content of Cefuroxime Axetil Tablets by HPLC

采用反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定头孢呋新酯片含量。色谱柱：ＯＤＳ－Ｃ１８柱，流动相：０．２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢铵－甲醇（６２∶３８），检测波长：２７８ｎｍ，测得对照品／乙酰苯胺峰面积比值成线性度的头孢呋新酯的浓度范围为：０１４４～０．３６０ｍｇ／ｍｌ（ｒ＝０．９９９９），平均回收率为９９７７％，ＲＳＤ为０４３％，最小检出量０００６ｍｇ／ｍｌ。

A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the quantitative determination of the content of Cefuroxime Axetil tablets.The operation was carried out in ODS column with the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of 0.2mol/L ammonium phosphate monobasic methanol (62∶38). The wavelength of determination was 278nm. The standard curve was linear in the rang of 0 144～0.360mg/ml(r=0.9999), The average recovery was 99.77% and the RSD was 0.43%. The detection limited was 0.006mg/ml.
