摘要
介绍了蓝细菌多糖的研究进展,包括产胞外多糖的蓝细菌菌株和蓝细菌胞外多糖的性质、生理功能等。展望了蓝细菌胞外多糖的工业化应用价值及其前景。
The research progress in exopolysaccharide from Cyanobacteria were introduced including exopolysaccharide-producing Cyanobacteria strains, exopolysaccharide properties and its physiological functions etc. Besides, the industrial application of exopolysaccharide was discussed and its application foreground was described.
