摘要
葡萄和葡萄酒中的微量元素受到土壤类型、酿酒设备、酿造工艺和农药、化肥的影响。对葡萄酒中多种微量元素的含量和组成进行分析研究,结果显示:部分微量元素和葡萄酒的产地具有很好的相关性。表明通过检测微量元素含量来分辨葡萄酒的原产地是可能的。
Grape and the trace elements in grape wine are influenced by soil types, wine-making equipments, wine-making techniques, and insecticides and fertilizers. The analysis of the content and the compositions of multiple trace elements in grape wine revealed that there was good correlations between part of trace elements and grape wine producing places, which suggested that it was feasible to distinguish the producing places of grape wine through the measurement of the content of trace elements in grape wine.
