配气机构优化设计

摘要 在进行一款轿车发动机性能升级中,需要对配气机构进行全新优化设计,以提高发动机最大功率和中低速扭矩。文章利用AVL公司的EXCITE Timing Drive软件建立了配气机构模型,对模型进行了运动学和动力学仿真计算,完成了进排气凸轮型线的优化设计,以及配气机构运动学和动力学的分析和校核。校核结果表明,配气机构组成各零部件完全满足设计要求,通过性能预测和发动机试验证明,该款发动机的性能指标达到了开发目标值的预期。 Upgrading of the performance of a car engine, the optimal design of the valve train is necessary so as to enhance maximum engine power and low-range and mid-range torque. In this paper, the model on valve train of the engine is established with AVL EXCITE Timing Drive, and kinematics and dynamics performances are simulated and calculated so as to finish the optimal design of the cam profile of the inlet and exhaust, and complete the analysis and check of the kinematics and dynamics of the valve train. The results indicate that the valve train parts fully meet the design requirements. Through the performance prediction and engine experiment, all performance parameters of engine are in compliance with expected developing goals.
