超纳米态氧化铝掺杂钴锌铁氧体的制备

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备氧化铝掺杂纳米钴锌铁氧体。通过X射线衍射(XRD)与透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试手段对材料的形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明产物有超纳米晶态出现。 The alumina dopped nano zinc-cobalt ferrite was prepared with sol-gel method. Test with the x-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscope(TEM) showed that there is the ul- trananocrystalline present.
