摘要
对复配药剂用于生物法制备1,3-丙二醇废菌液的絮凝沉降处理进行了研究,并与聚合硫酸铝、生物聚合铁进行了比较。结果表明:聚合硫酸铝没有絮凝沉降效果,在pH=9.0条件下,复配药剂投加量10 mL/L、生物聚合铁投加量8mL/L,处理效果较好。投加助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺有助于提高上清液的透光率。
Flocculent technology of complex medicine applied to treat 1,3-propanediol waste bacterial liquid produced by fermentation was studied, and compared with polymerization aluminum sulfate and bio-polymeric ferric sulfate. The experimental results showed that, polymerization aluminum sulfate was non-effective on flocculation sedimentation performance. When the additive dose of complex medi- cine was 10 mL/L,pH 9. 0 or the additive dose of bio-polymeric ferric sulfate was 8 mL/L,pH 9.0, flocculation sedimentation performance was better. Coagulant aids polyacrylamide can be helpful to improve transparency of supernatant liquid.
