水分胁迫下5种地被植物的抗旱生理生化指标变化 被引量:14

摘要 采用人工气候箱,研究在水分胁迫条件下,5种地被植物佛甲草(Sedum lineare)、匍匐佛甲草(Sedum lineare‘Pu Fu’)、细叶景天(Sedum elatinoides)、葱兰(Zephyranthes candida)、矮生麦冬(Ophiopogon japonicus)的抗旱能力和生理生化指标变化,结果表明:(1)5种地被的抗旱生理生化指标的变化趋势不尽相同:水分饱和亏缺、相对电导率、超氧化歧化酶活性、丙二醛、脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势,叶绿素含量有上升也有下降,相对含水量呈下降变化。(2)采用隶属函数法对其抗旱性进行综合评价表明,抗旱能力从强到弱依次为:葱兰>细叶景天>佛甲草>匍匐佛甲草>矮生麦冬。 Using of artificial climatic incubator, the drought-resistance and variations of physiological and biochemical indexes of five groundcover plants ( Sedum lineare, Sedum lineare‘Pu Fu' , Sedum elatinoides, Zephyranthes candida, Ophiopogon japonicus) were studied on the condition of water stress. The results showed that the trends in physiological and biochemical indexes on drought resistance of five groundcover plants were different. The RWD, relative conductivity, SOD, MDA, and Pro increased, but the RWC declined, and the chlorophyll content increased in some species while declined in others. The comprehensive evaluation using Membership functions showed that the order of drought-resistance from strong to weak was Zephyranthes candida 〉 Sedum elatinoides 〉 Sedum lineare 〉 Sedum lineare‘Pu Fu' 〉 Ophiopogon japonicus.
