摘要 对微菌落方法,以聚碳酸酯微孔滤膜作载体,结合显微计数,用于活菌培养计数。 Using polycarbonate millipore filter membrance instead of acid cellulose ester membrane to serve as carrier and microscopic counting, the microcolony technique was used for bacteria count The experiment indicated that the results obtained using this method showed good repetitiveness The bacterial count of the sample taken from the filter membrane cultured at 37℃ for 3 0~5 0 h was not different significantly from the results of 24~48 h culture at 37℃ using conventional agar pour plate method (by paired data statistical analysis, SD=8 94~89 72, t=1 00~1 25, P>0,20).
