摘要
从人力资本的概念及特点入手,分析了高校人力资本的特点,以此为视角,指出高校激励机制中存在的问题,并提出了高校激励机制的目标函数和激励机制。
In this paper, from the view of human capital concept and feature, the author analyzed the features of college human capital.Also the author pointed out some problems in college incentive mechanism, proposed some objective function and incentive mechanism.
