马铃薯花药培养中高温前处理的作用及不同基因型的反应 被引量:9

摘要 对包括马铃薯四倍体、普通栽培种及其双单倍体和野生二倍体马铃薯在内的15个品种及品系进行了花药培养试验,其中20个材料分别在3种不同培养基上产生了胚状体。诱导马铃薯产生胚状体的关键在于选择适合的培养基。培养前期35℃高温预培养可明显地提高胚状体数量。“组培能力”基因与外界环境存在着强烈的互作。本试验进一步证明此能力是可遗传的,可以通过杂交传给后代。这一特性对马铃薯花药培养及马铃薯育种具有重要的理论和实际意义。 Anther culture was performed to 15 tetraploid and diploid species and accessions, 12 produced embroids on three media respectivly. A suitable medium selection is considered very importent for a successful pollen embryogenesis. High temperature preincubation could increase the number of embroids, while the low temperature is harmful. There was a strong interaction between 'tissure culture ability'(TCA) gene and intra cnvirnment (medium). However, the attempt to transfer TCA gene from TCA-clou into the non TCA-clon was proved to be easy and may be useful in the potato haploid breeding.
