摘要
根据EPS(电动助力转向)与汽车底盘悬架系统在汽车上的实际装配位置关系,设计了转向与悬架集成控制试验台架。介绍了该试验系统的结构与工作方式,在测试过程中,系统可以采集控制过程中的各种信息,为集成控制系统的控制策略与控制参数的修改提供了依据。使用结果表明,该系统能够满足道路实验的数据采集需要。
In light of the relationship between EPS and the actual fitting position of automobile chassis suspension system, the steering and suspension test bench of integrated control is designed and studied in this article. The structure and working mode of this test system are also presented here. In the process of the test, the above system can collect all information during control, which provides basis for amending the control strategy and parameter of this integrated control system. Practice shows that the system is able to satisfy the need of collecting data in road experiments.
